• This Payment Policy is between you and Nieldelia Florist & Gifts. Any person or entity acting on your behalf shall also be bound by these Terms and Conditions and accordingly you shall agree and be responsible for such person's or entity's actions.
• All products from our Shop are quoted and traded in Ringgit Malaysia only. Depending on the type of payment option selected, you must provide sufficient required information in order for our Shop to further verify and process your payment. If any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, our Shop reserves the right to terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of our services.
• All fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the service or product is cancelled by you, at any time, unless expressly stated as otherwise under our Terms and Conditions. Our Shop may also reject or decline an order from you for services or supply under our sole discretion.
• Our Shop reserves the right to impose additional delivery charge, if it is required, which is not under any committed orders.
• For this moment, we only accept direct cash deposit or online transfer method; Public Bank, Maybank and RHB Bank. After payment, please email, Whatapps or Wechat your online transfer details or transaction slip to us (Cordy 014-350 9497 or Daniel 016-584 5286). Orders will be only sent upon confirmation.

If you are not satisfied with the product, please notify us within the same day upon receiving the order as most of our products are perishable. We will either provide a free replacement or refund the money equivalent to your order.
