Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Kajang?
Yes. For orders paid by 12pm, Monday to Saturday, we deliver before 5pm the same day. Same-day delivery might not be available before that cut-off if we've reached our daily delivery limit, and only certain bouquets are available for same-day — check the Same Day Delivery category for what's currently eligible.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Kajang, Kuala Lumpur, Klang Valley, Selangor and Subang Jaya. At the moment we're not able to fulfil regional orders to other Malaysian states — WhatsApp us if you're unsure whether your address is covered.
How far ahead should I order for Valentine's Day or Mother's Day?
During peak and festive seasons — Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Hari Raya, Christmas — please order at least 3 days in advance. Demand is much higher during these periods, so we can't always accommodate specific delivery-time requests; delivery is made within the date requested, generally 9am–6pm.
Can I get flowers delivered on Sunday or a public holiday?
Yes, with advance notice. Contact us directly by WhatsApp or email 1–2 days ahead and we'll arrange a special delivery for Sundays and Malaysian public holidays.
What happens if the recipient isn't home?
Our delivery team will always try to hand the bouquet directly to the named recipient. If they're unavailable, we'll deliver to a family member, colleague, neighbour, receptionist or guard house at the address provided, depending on the location type.
