Delivery Times & Charges

Delivery Time & Charges

Our standard delivery time is 10am to 5pm. Extra delivery charges will be imposed for delivery after 5pm to 12am.

If a specific delivery time is required (e.g. 10am–10.30am, 2pm–3pm), kindly check with us before placing your order. We reserve the right not to issue a refund if we're unable to accommodate a specific delivery-time request.

Extra delivery charges may also be imposed for: deliveries where a wrong address was given, redelivery for any reason, and collecting cards or special gift items from the customer to be delivered together with the flower bouquet ordered. Delivery rates by area are on our Delivery Charges page.

Same-Day Delivery (Mon–Sat)

For orders with payment completed by 12pm, Monday to Saturday, we will deliver before 5pm the same day.

  • Same-day delivery may not be available before the cut-off if we've reached our daily delivery limit.
  • Only certain flower bouquets are available for same-day delivery — kindly refer to the Same Day Delivery category.

Sunday & Public Holiday Delivery

We do accommodate special deliveries on Sundays and Malaysian public holidays. Please contact us directly to arrange — email [email protected] or WhatsApp 013 288 9497.

Kindly order 1 to 2 days in advance for delivery on Sundays and Malaysian public holidays.

Ordering for Peak & Festive Seasons

During peak / festive seasons — Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Hari Raya, Christmas — kindly place your order at least three (3) days in advance. Due to unusually high demand during these periods, we're unable to accommodate specific delivery-time requests, and delivery will be made within the delivery date (9am to 6pm).

On the Day

Our Delivery Practice

All orders are delivered to the recipient's address submitted by the sender, though not necessarily to the named recipient personally. Our team always tries their best to hand the flowers over to the named recipient directly.

To an Office

If our runner can't enter the premises, we'll deliver to the receptionist, the recipient's colleague, or the guard house.

To a Home

If our runner can't enter, we'll deliver to the recipient's family member, a neighbour, or the guard house.

To a Campus

If we can't reach the recipient, we'll deliver to their friend. Please provide the friend's contact number so we can arrange it.

Delivery FAQs

Common Delivery Questions

What time will my flowers be delivered?

Our standard delivery window is 10am to 5pm. Same-day orders (paid by 12pm, Mon–Sat) are delivered before 5pm. During peak or festive seasons, delivery is made within the delivery date, generally 9am to 6pm. Extra charges apply for deliveries after 5pm.

Can I choose an exact delivery time?

If you need a specific time (e.g. 2pm–3pm), please check with us before placing your order — extra charges may apply. We reserve the right not to refund if we're unable to accommodate a specific time request, and during peak seasons we can't accommodate specific-time requests at all.

Do you deliver on Sundays and public holidays?

Yes, by special arrangement. Please contact us at [email protected] or WhatsApp 013 288 9497, and order 1 to 2 days in advance for delivery on Sundays and Malaysian public holidays.

How far ahead should I order for Valentine's or Mother's Day?

At least three (3) days in advance. Demand is much higher during peak and festive seasons, so we can't accommodate specific delivery-time requests during these periods; delivery is made within the date requested, generally 9am to 6pm.

What if the recipient isn't available?

Our team always tries to hand the flowers to the named recipient directly. If they're unavailable, we deliver to a colleague, receptionist or guard house (office), a family member, neighbour or guard house (home), or the recipient's friend (campus) — using the address you provided.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free to Kajang and nearby areas, with flat rates from RM15 elsewhere across the Klang Valley, based on postcode. See our Delivery Charges page for the full breakdown by area.
