How Our Delivery Works
Standard Delivery Window
Deliveries run 10am–5pm. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed and paid by 12pm. Extra charges apply for deliveries requested after 5pm.
Specific Time Requests
Need a precise delivery window (e.g. 2pm–3pm)? Check with us before ordering — extra charges may apply, and we can't always guarantee an exact slot on busy days.
Klang Valley Only
We currently deliver within Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Putrajaya. Due to logistics, we don't offer regional delivery to other Malaysian states at this time.

A note on split rates: a few towns appear under more than one rate because certain postcodes cost slightly more than the rest of that area — for example, most of Shah Alam is RM15 but 40150 is RM25, and most of Klang is RM35 but 42100 is RM25. The exact charge for your address is always confirmed at checkout by postcode.

Which areas get free delivery?
Free delivery applies to Kajang and the areas closest to us — including Cheras, Semenyih, Serdang, Seri Kembangan, Bandar Baru Bangi, Hulu Langat, Bukit Jalil, Klang Lama, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya. Everywhere else we cover has a flat rate from RM15, based on postcode.
How is my delivery charge calculated?
By the delivery postcode. Each area falls into one of six rates — Free, RM15, RM25, RM35, RM40 or RM50 — and the exact charge for your address is shown at checkout. The full table above lists every area and its rate.
Do you deliver outside the Klang Valley?
Not at the moment. We deliver within Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Putrajaya only. Due to logistics, we don't currently offer regional delivery to other Malaysian states — message us on WhatsApp if you're unsure whether we reach your address.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
Our standard window is 10am–5pm. If you need a specific time (for example 2pm–3pm), please check with us before ordering — extra charges may apply and we can't always guarantee an exact slot, especially on busy days and peak dates.
Is same-day delivery available?
Yes — for orders placed and paid by 12pm, Monday to Saturday, subject to availability. Only certain bouquets are eligible for same-day delivery; check the Same Day Delivery category to see what's available today.
