Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Kajang?
Yes, for eligible bouquets ordered and paid for before 12pm Malaysia time, Monday to Saturday. Availability also depends on flowers and daily capacity. Choose the Same Day Delivery collection and an available checkout date.
When will my flowers arrive?
Our standard delivery window is 10am to 5pm. During peak and festive periods, delivery is generally within the chosen date from 9am to 6pm. Contact us before ordering if you need a specific time; extra charges may apply and peak periods cannot accommodate exact-time requests.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees depend on the recipient postcode. Published rates include free delivery for selected Kajang and nearby areas, with other covered areas charged from RM15. Checkout verifies the chosen area and shows the applicable fee before payment.
How far ahead should I order?
Follow the preparation time shown on the bouquet. Some bouquets are available the same day; others need one, two or three days. For peak and festive seasons, order at least three days ahead and follow the collection’s cut-off date.
Do you deliver on Sundays and public holidays?
Delivery on Sundays and Malaysian public holidays is by advance arrangement. Contact Nieldelia one to two days ahead. Online checkout blocks dates the florist has marked closed.
What happens if the recipient is unavailable?
The delivery team tries to hand flowers to the named recipient. If that is not possible, flowers may be received by a colleague, receptionist, family member, neighbour, guard house or campus friend, as appropriate. Provide a complete address and a contactable recipient number.

Can I order Valentine’s Day flowers at any time?
Seasonal collections can be purchased only within their published ordering windows and for their allowed delivery dates. A closed collection remains visible for planning, but cannot be added to the cart.
Will the bouquet look exactly like its photograph?
Every bouquet is handmade with natural flowers, so colour, shape and wrapping can vary. If a material is unavailable, Nieldelia may substitute an item of equal or greater value while maintaining the arrangement’s overall style.
