Thank you for your interest in our Valentine’s Collection 2023. Kindly place order if you only able to accept conditions as below:

Delivery time from 9am to 6pm. We unable to accommodate any specific or sharp time delivery.
Delivery slot 9am-3pm/2-6pm. We usually will fit all in the deliveries in the 1st slot unless there is a request to deliver in the 2nd slot or any unpredictable circumstances such as runner absent to pick up the order.

Please don’t keep ask us what is the delivery time and tell us the recipient leave soon or recipient not around after what time. We are unable to estimate runner time and route and request runner to change his delivery due to your order. It will cause the delay in runner delivery time if he do so.

Due to high demand of orders, we might not able to take pic before delivery and update pic upon delivery one by one. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
