Same-day delivery applies to eligible arrangements, rather than every flower in the shop. Some bouquets need one, two or three days of preparation. Nieldelia’s Same Day Delivery collection brings together eligible designs, subject to flower availability and daily capacity.
Order And Pay Before The Cut-Off
For Nieldelia, eligible same-day orders must be placed and paid for before 12pm Malaysia time, Monday to Saturday. The standard delivery window is 10am to 5pm. A bouquet being listed in the collection does not guarantee that a particular date still has capacity; check the available date at checkout.
Confirm The Recipient’s Details
Provide the recipient’s full name, a contactable phone number, complete address and correct postcode. For an office, include the company and building details. For a campus or a location with restricted access, contact the team before ordering if extra directions are needed.
Review The Full Price
Delivery fees depend on the recipient postcode. Selected Kajang and nearby areas have free delivery, while other covered areas have a charge. Checkout shows the applicable fee before payment. Review the bouquet options and delivery fee together when choosing your budget.
What If You Need A Specific Time?
Online checkout lets you choose an available delivery date. If the occasion requires a particular time, contact Nieldelia before ordering. Extra charges may apply, and exact-time requests cannot be accommodated during peak and festive periods. Sundays and Malaysian public holidays require advance arrangement.
